-How far are you willing to travel to see patients?
Up to 25 miles.
-Can I get a refund for my purchase?
There are no refunds for any services rendered.
-Do you accept insurance?
No. At this present time we only accept ApplePay or CashApp
-How do I know if I qualify for weight loss mediation?
If you have a BMI of 25 with a weight related diagnosis (Diabetes Type 2, Hypertension, High cholesterol...) or
BMI 30 and higher with no weight related diagnosis
-If I am not home, how long will you wait before cancelling my appointment?
There is a 20-minute grace period.
-Can I begin the medication without labs?
No, many of these medications are metabolized by the liver and excreted via the kidneys. Therefore, we need a recent set of labs before starting any medications.
-Where can I get my labs drawn?
We are not affiliated with any clinical laboratory. However, you may get labs drawn at Labcorp, Concentra or any trusted laboratory. You will specifically need a basic metabolic panel (BMP) for Semaglutide and Tirzepatide.
-Are these medications only for women?
No, any of the listed medication are prescribed for men and women aged 18 and older.
-Can I drink alcohol while on weight loss medications?
Alcohol is NOT recommended when patients are taking weight loss medications. Alcohol provides added calories and lowers inhibitions which may make it harder to maintain a healthy, calorie-reduced eating pattern.
-How do I store the Semaglutide?
A small box is provided, please refrigerate medication until the next dose.
-I forgot to take my next dose of Semaglutide what to do?
Take as soon as possible within 5 days after the missed dose. If more than 5 days have passed, you should skip the missed dose, and administer the next dose on the regularly scheduled day.
-Can I start at higher doses of Semaglutide?
No, you must start at the lower dosages and work upward.
-When should I take my Semaglutide?
Take once weekly on the same day each week, at any time of the day, with or without meals.
-I am having chest pain or palpitations, what am I to do?
Stop taking medication, call 911 immediately or seek nearest emergency department
-Is it common to have nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation?
Very common. Nausea and constipation are the top reported side effects while on Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. Effects are more intense on your "injection day." They usually resolve by day 2-3
